The railroad shop of Uralelectromed has received 100 cathode trolleys with the lifting capacity of 8 tons each.
The shop has also purchased 50 anode trolleys of the new design to transport heavy copper anodes (the weight of an anode is 396 kg).
“The new trolleys will allow us optimizing transportation of anodes and cathodes between the smelting shop, copper electrolysis shop and the copper wire rod shop”, the railroad shop director Vadim Duvanov said. (Ukrainian metal)
