In January-August Russia imported 358.7 thousand tons of ferrous metal scrap from Kazakhstan, down by 13.4% YoY.
According to the customs statistics, the average price was $266.4 per ton without VAT, up by 44.7%.
In 8 months the cost of scrap increased by 8.1%, to $94 million. (Ukrainian metal)
