The court has penalized the ex-acting CEO of the state enterprise Volynugol Fedor Bogdan for 3.4 thousand UAH.
Bogdan was penalized for the misuse of 5.2 million UAH.
At present he occupies the position of the first deputy CEO – technical director of Volynugol.
In 2015, when Bogdan was the acting CEO, he informed the regional department of the State Treasury Service of the salary debt to the Novovolynskoye Mine Group employees of 3.6 million UAH, which was false.
In February-March 2016 he also misused the state funds in the amount of 1.6 million UAH.
In August he pleaded guilty and concluded a deal with the investigators.
But the term of prosecution has expired by that time. Yet the court still penalized him for 3.4 thousand UAH for misuse of funds. (Ukrainian metal)
