In January-August Ukraine exported 24.7 million tons of iron ore raw materials valued at $1.88 billion.
Last year the exports were 25.78 million tons at $1.744 billion.
Imports decreased from 204.998 thousand tons ($21.8 million) in 8 months of 2017 to 9.09 thousand tons ($630.9 thousand).
69% of the Ukrainian iron ore raw materials were shipped to the Western Europe.
Russia supplied 99% of iron ore raw materials. (Ukrainian metal)
