Lukoil president Vagit Alekperov and Severstal chairman Alexei Mordashov have held a working meeting in Moscow. They discussed development of cooperation.
“Severstal is an important partner for Lukoil. It is one of the leaders in Russian metal and mining industry, a company with a vast international experience. We’ve been developing cooperation since 2006, helping each other solve the tasks of import-replacement with quality Russian products. Our companies are looking to further expand the ways of our long-time partnership”, Alekperov declared.
“The development of cooperation with leading Russian and world companies and the joint search for mutually beneficial forms of cooperation is a priority for Severstal. Lukoil is not only our long-time and reliable partner, the supplier of high-quality lubricants and consumer of our pipes, but also one of the Russian leaders in oil and gas industry. I am sure the technological base and the experience of both companies will let us find solutions to further strengthen our positions on priority markets”, Mordashov underlined. (Ukrainian metal)
