This year the mining and metal enterprises of Ukraine will spend over 40 billion UAH on modernization.
According to Sergey Belenkiy, the chairman of the Federation of Metallurgists of Ukraine, in particular Metinvest will spend 33 billion UAH.
ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih plans to invest 10 billion UAH.
“As to other enterprises, everything is not clear yet. The investments will be smaller, of course, but still around 3-4 billion UAH”, he said. (Ukrainian metal)
