The new shareholders of Donetskstal have replaced the supervisory board, made amendments to the statutory documents and liquidated the revision commission.
The decisions were taken at the meeting on September 11.
In particular, board chairman Dmitriy Khristodulidi, as well as board members Mikhail Ilyashev and Natalia Lobacheva have been removed from the board. Instead Ruslan Bogdanov as a representative of Treimur Investments Limited, Elena Amitan as a representative of Altana Limited and Ivan Yurchenko as a representative of Metinvest B.V. have been elected to the board.
