ChTPZ and Kurganstalmost have supplied metal for the construction of the Wall of Peace monument in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The companies have produced seamless pipes with improved characteristics to be used in the steppe climate of Kazakhstan.
The batch comprised over 100 tons of pipes with the diameter of 114 to 351 mm and the wall thickness of 6 to 20 mm made of 09G2S steel.
The ChTPZ pipes were used to create metal structures at Kurganstalmost, which in turn served as the basis for the petal, the main part of the Wall of Peace. (Ukrainian metal)
