In January-July Amur region extracted 12312 kg of gold, down by 14.5% YoY.
The decrease is due to the drop of output at Albyn and Pokrovsk mines of Petropavlovsk Plc.
Of the total volume 8703 kg (-19%) were provided by the companies developing ore gold deposits.
Alluvial gold output remained on the previous year level – 3609 kg.
Last year the region yielded 25770 kg of gold. Silver is not extracted. (Ukrainian metal)
