Within the strategy to increase product range ZEMZ has mastered the manufacture of another type of forged product, in demand on the market and widely used in nuclear industry.
The forged sheet bar has the size of 30×500 mm and is made of heat-resistant alloy on the nickel basis HN55MBTU (EP666). The ingot has been produced in the arc furnace shop No. 3.
The next stage was the rolling of the ingot into slab billet in the rolling shop No. 1, and then – the final forging into the sheet bar.
The product has successfully passed all the quality tests. Soon it will be shipped to the customer. (Ukrainian metal)
