In January-June NLMK produced 6.49 million tons of steel, up by 3% YoY.
Pig iron output totaled 6.15 million tons, up by 7%.
Galvanized rolled metal manufacture grew by 19%, to 424 thousand tons.
Transformer steel output reached 54 thousand tons, up by 28%.
In June the 2000-mill set a daily output record of 20.78 thousand tons of hot-rolled metal.
Cold-rollers also set a record at the continuous hot-dip galvanizing machine – 2.41 thousand tons of galvanized steel per day. (Ukrainian metal)
