A new automated Haver FFS 600 packing complex has been put into operation in the copper sulfate shop of Uralelectromed.

According to the shop director Vladimir Ivonin, the new machinery has replaced outdated equipment used for 17 years.

The new machine does the same thing, but more efficiently – it packs copper sulfate into PE bags weighing 25 kg.

Because of the automated system the machine operates twice as fast as its predecessor, and can pack 12 tons of copper sulfate per hour. (Ukrainian metal)
