Following the results of the “Best exporter of 2017” competition, held by the Belarus Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Belarus Iron and Steel Works has been named the leader in the Metallurgy nomination.
This is the fourth BMZ victory in a row: the company was awarded the “Best exporter” title in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
BMZ is an export-oriented company. Each year it exports 85% of its products.
In 2017 the company exported 1.9 million tons of metal valued at $995.5 million, up by 126.8 thousand tons valued at $269 million YoY.
In January-April BMZ exported metal to 52 countries, up by 8 YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
