On August 10, employees of Belarus Iron and Steel Works started a strike against the probable falsification of the president election.
In late June, the employees informed their management that on August 10-12 they might stage a strike in case of “unfair elections”. Now they are calling the population to come and join them.
The company has partially suspended operation.
Police has arrived at the works. The management does not comment on the situation. (Ukrainian metal)
