Shareholders of Ingulets Mining and Processing Works, Central Mining and Processing Works and Severniy Mining and Processing Works (all parts of Metinvest) at their meetings on May 18 decided to pay dividends for 2017 in the total of 4.86 billion UAH.
In particular, InGOK will spend 2.16 billion UAH to pay dividends, and leave 2.6 billion UAH undistributed.
SevGOK will pay 1.35 billion UAH of dividends and leave 6.4 billion UAH undistributed.
Finally, CGOK will pay 1.35 billion UAH of dividends and leave 1.36 million UAH undistributed.
In 2017 InGOK received 5.7 billion UAH of profit, CGOK – 2.71 billion UAH, and SevGOK – 7.792 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
