In April, according to the railroad statistics, direct deliveries of ferrous scrap to the major metal companies and pipe works totaled 1.11 million tons, up by 38.6% MoM and by 9.3% YoY.
In March the results were +26.3% and –8.2%, while in February +4.6% and –23.1% respectively.
In January-April scrap deliveries reached 3.16 million tons, down by 8.3% YoY, but up by 3.4% from the 2016 results. (Ukrainian metal)
