In short-term prices of metal products will remain stable, but in the mid-term they are expected to decrease.
“Taking into account China’s policy, in the nearest 12 months the prices will retain their current levels”, Zaporizhstal CEO Rostislav Shurma said. “At present we are not on the worst stage of the cycle. In short-term some fluctuations in the range of 10-20% are possible, but in the mid-term the prices will surely drop”.
According to Shurma, in mid-term the fall of the metal prices could reach 30-40%. (Ukrainian metal)
