Severstal has finished the capital repairs of Henschel-3 press shears used to process bulk and heavy scrap.
“Each year the machine processes hundred thousand tons of scrap for the Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works steel manufacture. The modernization of such important equipment was carried out in less than 25 days. 15.8 million rubles were spent”, Severstal Russian Steel repair division director Sergey Dobrodey said.
