In January-March Mechel-Materials produced over 47 thousand tons of mineral additives for concrete, up by 14% YoY.
This product is used as an alternative to one of the concrete mix components and is manufactured at the line of the grinding and mixing complex commissioned in 2013.
Refractory output grew by 44% YoY, to some 40 thousand tons of chamotte wares.
These refractories are used in the lining of Mechel ChMK, UralKuz and Izhstal furnaces. (Ukrainian metal)
