Rosterminalugol JSC, the largest dedicated coal port in the European part of Russia, handled 5.02 million tons of coal in January-March, up by 2.4% YoY.

Amid challenging ice conditions the terminal handled 71 vessels with average daily handling totaling 70,700 tons (up by 13.7%).

In the first quarter of the year, coal unloading at the terminal totaled 5.3 million tons (74,476 railcars), up by 6% (70,107 railcars in Q1 2017). (PortNews/Ukrainian metal)
