In January Ukraine increased currency revenue from the exports of ferrous metals by 33.5% MoM, to $873 million.
In 2017 ferrous metals exports revenue totaled $8.7 billion, up by 19.6% YoY.
Semi-finished products yielded the most revenue – $2.5 billion, up by 14.9% YoY.
Last year Ukraine exported the most ferrous metals to the European Union countries (36.8%), Near East (24.5%), Africa (15.6%) and CIS (11%). (Ukrainian metal)
