The gold-extracting company Pavlik, a part of Arlan, intends to have commissioned the second stage of the mining and processing works at the Pavlik deposits by late 2019.

The project presupposes the construction of another gold-extracting factory on the basis of the existing works with the capacity of 5 million tons of ore per year.

At present Pavlik is operating one gold-extracting factory with the capacity of 4 million tons of ore (8 tons of gold) per year. The expansion of the capacities will allow the company to have reached the annual gold output level of 13 tons by 2020.

This year Pavlik intends to increase gold output by 7.7% YoY, to 7 tons. (Ukrainian metal)
