In January-February Azovstal Iron and Steel Works produced 602 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 2.2% YoY.
According to the company press-service, steel output dropped by 9.5%, to 631 thousand tons, while that of pig iron grew by 1.9%, to 629 thousand tons.
In February Azovstal produced 265 thousand tons of rolled metal, 279 thousand tons of steel and 280 thousand tons of pig iron.
In 2017 Azovstal rolled metal output increased by 14.2% YoY, to 3.8 million tons, steel – by 15.1%, to 4.265 million tons and pig iron – by 18.9%, to 3.777 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
