In 2017 Izhstal increased supplies of metal to Belarus by 68% YoY, or by 7 thousand tons.
Deliveries to MAZ increased 2.3-fold, to Gomselmash – 2.8-fold.
Metal sales to major agriculture machinery manufacturers grew 2.5-fold, and to Minsk Wheeled Hauled Motor Vehicle Works – 3-fold.
Izhstal sells metal to over 20 industrial companies in Belarus. Its main products are bars of carbon, alloyed, stainless and speed steels.
“We view Belarus as one of the priority sales markets and intend to expand cooperation with other industrial companies”, the company sales director Andrian Sorokin said. (Ukrainian metal)
