Ukrmetallurgprom believes Ukraine will produce 1.9 million tons of steel in March.
According to the enterprise forecast, pig iron output will total 1.9 million tons and rolled metal – 1.6 million tons.
As of February 13, 19 out of 21 blast furnaces (90%), 8 out of 9 open-hearth furnaces (89%), 14 out of 16 converters (86%), 7 out of 15 arc furnaces (47%) and all the 14 continuous casting machines were in operation. (Ukrainian metal)
