The governor of the Volgograd region Andrei Bocharov and the new projects director of Rusal Alexei Arnautov discussed the development of Volgograd Aluminum Works.
After almost 5 years of idleness the company is resuming the liquid aluminum manufacture.
Rusal has repaired electrolysis shops and modernized machinery.
So far some 1.5 thousand jobs for the local population have been created. (Ukrainian metal)
