The prices of enterprises manufacturing industrial products, as well as providing production services, increased by 1.4% in Kazakhstan in January 2018 compared to December 2017, the Statistics Committee of the National Economy Ministry of Kazakhstan said in a message.

During the reporting period, prices for coal went up by 6%, and metal ore – by 0.3%.

The increase in prices was recorded in ferroalloys – by 16.4%, ferrous metals – by 3.5%, and lead – by 1.1%, while prices decreased by 3.4% for aluminum, zinc – by 2.3%, precious metals – by 2%, and copper by 0.5%. (Trend/Ukrainian metal)
