Almost 100,000 people have used the service center in 2.5 years since its creation. Social service provided by PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih is used by both current employees and the retired workers.
The principle of a “single window” enables shortening formal procedures and makes certificates and documents flow automated. Annually, more than 20 thousand of various certificates are issued to the company employees – to formalize retirement, credit, social benefit, obtain archived data, apply to visa centers, etc.
Now the service issues 33 certificate types and provides 7 various services continuously increasing its range.
Lidia Bardizh, Head of Single Window service, PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih: “Electronic Queuing System serves to make the process comfortable. You get a registration coupon stating your queue number, and by this number a free specialist will receive you. Every day from 200 to 400 people apply to us. We are extending the range of our services. Thus, from the beginning of 2018 we provide a new type of service – formulize additional (the so-called social) paid leave for single mothers with two and more children up to 14 years old or disabled children.
