In 2018 Irkutsk Aluminum Works will be the first aluminum producer in Siberia to pass the ASI certification.
Not only the manufacturing process at the works will be certified, but the complete manufacturing chain starting from obtaining and preparing raw materials as well.
Rusal plans that its Bauxite of Timan and Ural Aluminum Works will also get such certificates. (Ukrainian metal)
