The Zapolyarny subsidiary of Norilsk Nickel will this year receive 55 units of special mining machinery valued at 1.6 billion rubles.
The largest number of machines (17) will be sent to the Komsomolsky mine, 13 units – to Taymyrsky mine, 10 – to Mayak, 7 – to Oktyabrskiy, 6 – to Kayerkanskiy and 2 – to Zapolyarny.
The machinery will be supplied by Atlas Copco, Caterpillar, Sandvik and Normet.
In 2017 mining divisions of Nornickel received 65 units of machinery valued at 2.6 billion rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
