In January Ukraine produced 1.9 million tons of steel, up by 0.5% MoM.
According to Ukrmetallurgprom, pig iron output grew by 2%, to 1.94 million tons, but that of rolled metal dropped by 1%, to 1.68 million tons.
Steel output decreased by 6% YoY, rolled metal – by 7%, but that of pig iron grew by 5%. (Ukrainian metal)
