Sales of coal concentrate of the Russian coal producer Raspadskaya rose by 11% YoY, to 6.888 million tons in 2017, the company said in a statement on January 25.

Export sales went up by 25%, to 4.537 million tons, while domestic sales fell by 8%, to 2.351 million tons.

Previously Raspadskaya’s parent company Evraz said that the coal producer raised its coking coal production by 8.8% YoY, to 11.435 million tons in 2017, and by 10.5% QoQ, to 2.876 million tons in October-December 2017. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
