In 2017 Olenegorsk Mining and Processing Works reached the record level of iron ore concentrate quality. Last year Fe contents were 67.2%.
In 2016 Fe contents were 66.4%, and in 2015 – 65.8%. The growth is the result of large-scale modernization of machinery at Olkon crushing factory.
“In 2017 Olenegorsk GOK not only provided the record quality of products, but also met its annual output and sales targets”, the company executive director Alexei Borisov said. (Ukrainian metal)
