Pokrov Mining and Processing Works (previously – Ordzhonikidze GOK) has purchased a new JCB hydraulic excavator valued at 7.265 million UAH.
A similar excavator was bought in February.
The excavator with the ladle volume of 2.5 cubic meters will be operating at the ore loading, as well as construction works.
As of today, the GOK operates 8 Volvo trucks, 2 BelaZs, 11 bulldozers, 6 cranes, 2 graders and 4 hydraulic excavators.
In January-October PGOK produced 752.24 thousand tons of concentrate, up by 28.6% YoY and 148.32 thousand tons of manganese concentrate, as opposed to just 10.2 thousand tons in 10 months of 2016. (Ukrainian metal)
