Pokrov Mining and Processing Works intends to launch the Bogdanovskaya Sinter Processing Factory after almost a yearlong shutdown.
During the shutdown, the electricity supply lines at the factory went out of order, but they had almost been restored.
When the electricity starts running again, the factory will receive raw materials.
A special attention was paid to water supply. Water will be taken from the Kriviye Luki sludge storage pond. On September 6, water was sent in trial mode.
The preparation of the factory will end on September 15 – that day the factory will start producing sinter.
In September, output is planned on the level of 12 thousand tons and in October – 28 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
