ASRZ LLC is modernizing electric filters of the gas-purifying machine at converters Nos. 1 and 2 of Azovstal Iron and Steel Works.
The company produces metal structures, while Dneproenergostal supplies electric equipment.
“To create parts and joints of the future filter body ASRZ has developed designs using 3D-models of the whole unit. 3D-modelling helps avoid errors and faults when drawing in 2D, which improves precision and metal structures assembly”, the company press-service said.
The manufacture of the metal structures started in September and is nearing its end now. So far the company has produced 86 tons of metal structures. (Ukrainian metal)
