In January-October ferrous metals output increased by 6.5% YoY.
Casting companies improved operation by 4.2% YoY. This is the first increase in the sector since 2012.
Flat rolled metal production decreased by 4.7%, unalloyed construction rods by 1.9%. At the same time alloyed rods output went up by 44%.
Ferroalloys manufacture increased by 7.5%, raw steel – by 8.5%, pipes and sections – by 17.4%.
Silver output dropped by 12.8% YoY, gold increased by 15.5%, aluminum – by 1.1%, zinc – by 1%, copper – by 2.8%, and lead – by 10.5%. (Ukrainian metal)
