In January-September Berezitovy Mine LLC, a part of Nordgold, yielded 2407 kg of gold, up by 32% YoY.
In particular, in Q1 the company produced 833 kg of gold, in Q2 – 459 kg, in Q3 – 765 kg, up by 41% YoY. The increase is explained by the growth of gold content in ore by 12%, to 1.77 g per ton.
In January-September the company processed 780 thousand tons of ore, up 3-fold YoY.
This year Berezitovy Mine intends to obtain some 3 tons of gold.
Last year gold output totaled 2480 kg. (Ukrainian metal)
