Revenue of the public stock company VSMPO-Avisma Corporation for 9 months of 2017 decreased by 1.4%, to RUB 55.115 billion from RUB 55.89 billion the year before, the company informed.
The lower revenue is primarily attributable to the Russian ruble strengthening and a related reduction in the ruble equivalent of export revenue (the share of exports in January-September being 67%).
Titanium sales in physical terms increased by 18.6%, to 21.7 thousand tons from 18.3 thousand tons the year before.
For the 9-month period in 2017, tax payments to budgets of all levels across VSMPO-Avisma Corporation reached RUB 7.621 million. The company also spent RUB 1.151 million on the fulfillment of social obligations. (Russian Aviation/Ukrainian metal)
