4 days before the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, VSMPO-Avisma sold its Ukrainian asset – Demurinskiy Mining and Processing Works LLC, developing the titanium-zirconium sands deposit in Dniepropetrovsk region.
The transfer of the Russian share in Limpieza Limited (Cyprus, owner of the asset) took place on February 20.
The new beneficiary is another Cyprus company – Bolatico Limited. It used to own 25% of Limpieza, and now it has 100%. (Ukrainian metal)
