Debang Guangdong is initiating a construction of a new metal cluster in the Far East.
In particular, an electrometallurgical works will be built. According to the Ministry of the development of the East, investments will total $2 billion.
The projected capacity of the first stage of the enterprise will be 1-3 million tons of metal per year. Following the commissioning of the second stage the company will be able to produce 3-5 million tons of metal per year.
Soon the investors will start looking for suitable sites. (Ukrainian metal)
