Evraz Sukhaya Balka reports of the pressure on the enterprise on behalf of companies making obstacles on its way to get licenses for subsoil use.
According to the company, it started the process of prolonging the license for 20 years on February 1, 2016, as it would expire in August 2016. But within 60 days it did not receive any reply.
“After that a court ordered the State Service of Geology and Subsoil Use to grant us the license. But instead of obeying the officials started maneuvering. In March 23 the Supreme administrative court ordered the Service to extend our license, but it just ordered us to stop mining because we didn’t have a license! Which it does not grant us. Thus the officials are trying to leave many thousands of people without earnings”, the company press-service reported. (Ukrainian metal)
