In August the Obukhovskaya Mine Group (Rostov region, Russia), a part of DTEK, supplied some 105.3 thousand tons of anthracite to Ukrainian thermal power plants, slightly more than in July (103.5 thousand tons).
Of this volume 88.8 thousand tons were delivered to Lugansk TPP (89.7 thousand tons in July), and 16.5 thousand tons to Pridneprovskaya TPP (13.8 thousand tons).
Obukhovskaya also supplied 43.3 thousand tons of anthracite to Metinvest works (34.2 thousand tons),
Donbassenergo in August decreased coal imports from Russia by 10 thousand tons, to 50.1 thousand tons, and Centerenergo didn’t buy Russian coal directly.
Thus, in August Ukrainian TPPs received 155.4 thousand tons of Russian anthracite, down by 5% MoM. (Ukrainian metal)
