In August Ukrainian mining and metal companies received only 21% of the railroad cars they needed.
“It’s still early to say about the improvement. There is still an irregularity in provision. As to the mining and metal companies, some of them get just 0-15% of the cars needed”, Ukrmetallurgprom president Alexander Kalenkov said.
But since August 20 the situation has slightly improved. (Ukrainian metal)
