The ex-MP of the Verkhovnaya Rada Ihor Gumenyuk is leaving the beneficiaries of Krasnolimanskoye LLC.
The seller has already received 10% of the prepayment. The rest should be paid by October.
Gumenyuk is selling all his shares (72%).
Together with him two minor shareholders also leave the company – Vasiliy Mikulin and Irina Fridman, each holding 7.25%.
Sergey Kuzyara with 13.5% refused to sell his shares.
The new owner of the 86.5% stake will be Vitaly Kropachev.
Krasnolimanskoye LLC has been operating since 2003 at the field of the state enterprise Krasnolimanskaya Coal Company. (Ukrainian metal)
