In June Ukraine produced 5812.6 thousand tons of iron ore raw materials, down by 263.8 thousand tons MoM.

The average daily output dropped by 8.4 thousand tons, to 125.6 thousand tons.

In January-June Ukraine produced 35 million tons of iron ore raw materials, down by 2 million tons YoY.

Deliveries of local raw materials to iron and steel works totaled 2613 thousand tons, down by 81 thousand tons MoM. Azovstal decreased purchases by 61 thousand tons, while Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works increased by 17 thousand tons.

In April-June Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works and Donetskstal, situated on the Ukraine-uncontrolled territory, received 430 thousand tons of concentrate and pellets from an unknown source in Russia.

According to the State Fiscal Service, Ukraine exported 3581 thousand tons of iron ore raw materials in June, down by 122 thousand tons, with 19.3 million tons exported in 6 months, down by 1.3 million tons YoY. Slovakia increased imports the most (by 505 thousand tons), while China decreased the most (by 3.49 million tons).

Average June local price decreased by 140-210 UAH MoM, export prices were $54.8 UAH per ton, down by $4.3 MoM. (Ukrainian metal)
