In January-May Ukraine sold 857.112 billion UAH worth of industrial products (goods and services), up by 29.7% YoY.
According to the State Statistics Service, in May mining and processing industries increased sales by 22.2% (exports – by 26.2%), in particular in mining and quarrying – by 21% (31.7%) and in processing – by 22.4% (25.6%).
In the total volume of output metal industry and metal wares manufacture accounted for 17.4%, while mining and quarrying – 15%. (Ukrainian metal)
