Since the year start Zabaikalsky region has yielded 2001.02 kg of gold and 9.1 million tons of coal.
In May the output was 1009.5 kg of gold and 1.3 million tons of coal.
The region also produced 148.5 tons of tungsten concentrate, 3.1 thousand tons of lead and 776 tons of zinc.
At present around 90 enterprises mine for gold at the region. (Ukrainian metal)
