Shareholders of Evraz Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works and Evraz Sukhaya Balka will hold meetings to discuss the companies deals.
The meeting will take place on June 22.
The companies will discuss the amendments to the contract to cancel agreements with ESB dated April 26, on financial support of 2.97 billion UAH and 250 million UAH.
At the same time the agreement on delivery of iron ore valued at 700 million UAH (without VAT) by December 31, 2027 will be approved. (Ukrainian metal)
