Evraz NTMK will get the fifth line of railroad wheel processing.
The contract for the delivery of the machinery has been concluded with NSH (Niles-Simmons-Hegenscheneidt).
“We have signed an agreement that will allow us to improve wheel processing, thus satisfying the needs of both local and foreign markets in our products. NHS is one of the leading world manufacturers of machinery, which meets all our requirements”, the company managing director Alexei Kusharev said.
The capacity of the line is over 66 thousand railroad wheels per year.
The line will be put into operation in Q3 2018. Investments will total 800 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
